To better understand the company’s vision at this particular moment in history, we interviewed <\/span>Emanuela Mengozzi, CEO of Lupak Metal.<\/b><\/p>\n

We asked Emanuela Mengozzi how Lupak Metal came about and what specific sectors it caters to today.<\/h5>\n

It was in the family business, “Mengozzi & Mazzoni,” that Emanuela took her first steps. Specializing in the assembly of Venetian blinds and shutters, Mengozzi & Mazzoni was the “fertile ground” that led to the development of the venetian blind. <\/span><\/p>\n

The desire was to go beyond the traditional model of Venetian blinds or shutters, studying a product with advanced technological and aesthetic characteristics and performance. Therefore, creating a product that is no longer and not only an “accessory” but a real basic element of architecture, of the building structure, with aesthetic values adaptable to the new and traditional languages of everyday living.<\/span><\/p>\n

This means building effective and concrete products also for the aspect of energy saving, which is now more indispensable than ever.<\/span><\/p>\n

Lupak Metal over the years has grown and as of today caters to the<\/span> building and architecture sector<\/b>, especially to <\/span>showrooms, infixers (wood, pvc, aluminum), monoblock builders, builders of wooden houses, technical curtainers and manufacturers of complementary elements to the window hole<\/span><\/i>, architects and designers.<\/span><\/p>\n

Since 2012, exponential growth has maintained the focus of the “unique product,” innovative and well-kept in the round.<\/span><\/p>\n

An important milestone the company is working on is<\/span> Industry 4.0. <\/b>Fifty percent of the production process is automated.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>[vc_single_image image=”22373″ img_size=”large” el_class=”image_custom”]

How can Lupak Metal’s unique selling proposition be summarized? What sets it apart from industry competitors?<\/strong><\/h5>\n

Lupak Metal is Italy’s first manufacturer of profiled and extruded <\/span>aluminum venetian blind systems.<\/b><\/p>\n

The company constantly “looking to the future” always invests devotes a portion of its profits to research and innovation. By innovation we mean not only new products, but upgrades and improvements on existing ones_such as patents and class A materials_in order to make the mechanics and aesthetics perform better and better.<\/span><\/p>\n

“We invest every year in the search for excellent quality raw materials that guarantee excellent product durability. Not only that, we perform regular checks on the products to ensure proper functioning and constantly integrate both aesthetic and functional improvements to keep up with market evolutions,” Emanuela points out.<\/span><\/p>\n

We have improved and organised a sales area with two new area managers in Italy to meet all our customers’ needs quickly and to follow the most important projects closely.<\/p>\n

The partnership relationship with the customer allows us to work in synergy and total transparency and to be satisfied at 360\u00b0, from the initial estimate to after-sales service.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>

    • CRIBIS (a company specializing in Business Information) placed the company at an excellent level of business reliability rating;<\/span><\/li>\n
    • LUME and LUME LIGHT products have been certified by the Giordano Institute (certifying body) for very high wind resistance;<\/span><\/li>\n

      After an overview of the company, history, and goals, we asked Emanuela about the degree of satisfaction in the year 2023, whether new launches, projects\/products are planned, and what are the target countries besides Italy.<\/h5>\n

      Despite the uncertainties of the global economy also in terms of supply and cost of raw materials, we are registering significant growth that confirms our “modus operandi.”\u00a0<\/span>
      \nOur business is 80 percent Italian, and the dialogue with foreign countries is mainly concentrated among Spain, Cyprus, Austria and Brazil with whom we are forging, with mutual satisfaction, a fruitful partnership.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>

      A first view of last six months of 2023 and 2024 in terms of ideas and goals<\/h5>\n

      As already mentioned the company will continue its mission with a view to improving projects and products, innovation and research will always be our “beating engine” with an eye on expanding foreign market.<\/span><\/p>\n

      The distinguishing factors compared to competitors will always be:<\/span><\/p>\n
