In the first week of June 2023, we launched the “ACADEMY“, a new format dedicated to our network of collaborators.
A moment of discussion, news updates and training, dedicated to and shared with our Italian network of agents.
Our Area Managers and the Lupak Metal Board of Directors presented the new logistics, the new emerging factory, the marketing plan and the new communication tools.
The Academy project will be implemented every year with new tools for logistics, sales and communication. The expansion of our network is one of our main objectives and is also aimed at all those who want to start a path of growth and business in the venetian blind sector.
The values and initiatives of the Academy will be addressed not only to the outside world, but also to the company’s internal management; we believe it is fundamental that growth, and therefore the acquisition of new skills and visions, is necessary first and foremost for those who ‘steer’ the company.
